Litchfield Family Practice Center strives to maintain a sufficient supply of COVID-19 vaccines onsite.

 

We typically have:

• Moderna (1st, 2nd, and Booster)

• Pfizer (1st, 2nd and Booster)

• Janssen (1 dose only)

• We can currently offer these vaccines to patients 5 years old and older

• Pediatric Vaccines are on order but we do not have them in stock yet

• Please contact your nursing staff to schedule a time to receive your COVID-19 vaccine or booster.

• COVID-19 Vaccines are currently free to patients

• Swab: $150

• Antibody Tests: $80 Each

• Pricing subject to adjustment based on insurance plan and contract pricing
